Our web tools are designed to be easy to learn, quick to deploy and very simple for non-technical people to utilize. The web tools feature over 30 different applications that use the same interface to assure a seamless appearance and usability across the site.
These web tools can be used as a stand-alone website or as an add-on to an existing site. The tools are multi-user oriented, so that the addition of content can be handled by anyone with permission without requiring the involvement of the IT department.
Because of this broader user-base, the site administrator is given a great deal of control over all content on the site. There are granular privacy permissions available when adding content, so that information can be shared with ‘everyone ’, ‘some people’ or a specific person. They are also designed to be multi-portal; one organization can have several, dozens, hundreds or even thousands of sites for all parts of their organization.

Add on to Existing Sites
An organization that needs to add an Instant Community, or Intranet for their employees and volunteers, or a secure online collaboration site for their Board of Directors, etc. can create a new website in as little as 2-3 minutes using our tools. Then they can begin customizing the text and adding content. At that point the site is ready to use and the site administrator can add a link to the new site from their existing site.

Rapid Deployment Network of Single Sites
An organization with multiple branches, offices, teams, etc. that need individually managed sites – while still maintaining central oversight -- can work with MeGotta to create one or more templates that fit the organization's needs. Once the template is prepared, it can be used to create a new site in 2-3 minutes. Each branch would have control over its own site, but not control over any other branch’s site. However, the Executive office would be able to view and control ALL sites.
Some added benefits:
• Each of the sites can be linked to the organization’s parent site -- creating potential benefits for Search Engine Optimization
• Rapid learning curve since all sites and all applications use the same interface
• Site traffic can be aggregated and combined with the main organization site for selling value to potential advertisers
